Beginners Beekeeping Course 2012
Our 2012 beekeeping courses kick off towards the end of February and are designed for anyone who is contemplating becoming a beekeeper.
The first course will take place at The Forum, Norwich and comprises 10 weekly 2 hour sessions looking at a wide range of topics and culminating in a visit to one of our apiaries to participate in a practical finish to the course.
We utilise the British Beekeepers' Association "Course in a Case" which covers all the basics required to get started in beekeeping with subjects covering;

- The Beekeeping Year
- Queens
- Swarms and Swarming
- Pests and Diseases
- Bees, Plants and Hive Products
